We run carefully supervised trips to study, photograph and document the orchids of this, the richest area of Brazil.

Although much of the Costal forest has been destroyed over the last centuries, there are still large fragments of original forest that need to be explored and revisited.

You will also be helping us to produce a book on the orchids of this area, following on from our earlier book "Orchids of the High Mountain Atlantic Rain Forest of South Eastern Brazil" *, and these trips will be adding to our knowledge and rediscovering orchids thought to be extinct.

Trips last approximately 17 days; approx cost: £1875 inclusive of air fares and internal transfers, all meals and a bar.
